I have decided to lose 35 pounds and go from
there. I weigh 165 and i want to get down to 130 by the end of May. This means i have a little under three months.
Im going to blog as much as i can to help you to
with you weight loss needs. I also will be trying some popular trends and
things to see how good they really are. No worries though i will always be
healthy, and never go under my daily nutritional needs.
I will post often the yummy recipes and helpful
trick i come along on the way. :) I will also post a pick every so often. My
first pic will be coming in soon!
